Level Two

$1,497

A clear path for couples without children who need to divide property or debts.

Who this is for:

Level 2 is designed for couples who do not have children under 21 (or children with special needs under 26) but may need to divide assets, accounts, or debts. This level is best for spouses who agree on the terms of their divorce and want structured guidance to make sure all the right documents are completed and filed properly.

How we'll work together.

Step 1: Take the Assessment

Start by completing our short online assessment. This helps us understand your situation and confirm whether Divorce Den is the right fit.

Step 2: We Review Your Answers

A real member of our team will carefully review your responses. If everything looks like a match, we’ll invite you to a free 15-minute consult. If we see that you don’t qualify we’ll let you know by email, so you don’t waste time.

Step 3: Free 15-Minute Consult

In this call, both spouses must attend. We’ll talk through which level of support works best, explain the process, and make sure you’re both comfortable moving forward. If you decide to proceed, you’ll receive:

  • An intake sheet to complete,

  • A scheduling link for a fuller intake meeting, and

  • An invoice for the level of service you select.

Step 4: Intake Meeting

During your intake meeting, we’ll review your completed intake sheet together to confirm accuracy, fill in any gaps, and ensure both parties understand the process and expectations.

Step 5: Receive Your Documents + Filing Instructions

Once everything is confirmed, we’ll provide you with your fillable divorce documents and clear, step-by-step filing instructions so you can move forward with confidence.

Please Note:

All meetings related to this service will be virtual.

All payments related to this service will need to be electronic, we do not accept physical checks or cash.

The Divorce Den Blueprint requires participation and cooperation from both parties. The assessment, and any outreach form Divorce Den is not intended to be the first time a spouse learns about divorce, and we cannot proceed unless both of you are ready to move forward together.

Additional support is offered through our Trusted Pro Network if needed.

Ready to take the assessment?

What's included:

  • New York–specific divorce documents tailored to your situation
Based on your intake form and intake meeting, our team provides DIY-friendly, fillable documents designed for your circumstances. You’ll be able to complete and file these on your own with confidence.

  • Easy-to-follow instructions for completing and filing forms
We only provide the documents that apply to your specific situation, not a generic stack of every possible NYS form. Our e-filing instructions are based on the most up-to-date guidance from the NYS eCourts system.

  • Guidance on timelines, filing fees, and next steps
Filing requirements vary by county. We’ll walk you through what to expect in your jurisdiction, including filing timelines and typical court filing fees. (Please note: court filing fees are not included in your Divorce Den Blueprint fee.)

  • Stipulation of Settlement (Agreement)

Unlike Level 1, Level 2 includes a drafted Stipulation of Settlement, often called a divorce agreement. This is the only document our team will draft for you directly. All other required forms will be provided as DIY, fillable documents that you will complete and file yourself.

The Stipulation of Settlement is a legally binding contract that can be enforced by the New York Supreme Court. It will outline the details of debt and asset division based solely on the information you provide in your intake sheet and during your intake meeting with our team.

What's not included:

  • Parenting documents (required if you have children)

Level 2 is only for couples who do not have children under 21 (or children with special needs under 26). If you have adult children, or children from previous relationships, they do not need to be included in your divorce paperwork. However, if you have younger children, New York State requires specific parenting documents, and those are not included with this level.

  • Support for dividing complex assets like retirement accounts or real estate

While Level 2 does include a Stipulation of Settlement that can cover basic asset division such as, bank accounts you’ve already split or plan on splitting, straightforward debts, or simple stock options, it’s designed for financial situations that don’t require extra paperwork or specialized review.

This level does not cover more complex assets such as retirement accounts, pensions, or real estate equity, which often involve multiple moving parts and may require legal or financial expertise. If those apply to you, Level 4 will be a better fit.

  • Legal or Financial Advice

When we draft your Stipulation of Settlement, we do not provide legal advice or ongoing edits to the agreement. This level is intended for couples who are already in full agreement on all terms before coming to us. Your document will be based entirely on the information you provide in your intake sheet, which is why it’s so important to confirm those details with our team during your intake call.

If you’d like additional legal review, advice, or financial guidance on asset division, we encourage you to consult with professionals from our Trusted Partner Network for extra support.

  • In person filing instructions

Please be aware that each County Clerk may have slightly different procedures or requirements. Because of this, we cannot give detailed in-person filing guidance.

If you choose to file at the clerk’s office, you’ll still receive all of your required documents prepared according to the state’s e-filing standards. The clerk may let you know directly if anything additional is needed to meet their local requirements.
