This introductory checklist is designed to help you navigate some of the issues related to your divorce. We don't know what we don't know and this checklist is here to help you start to create a better future- an informed future. While not intended to be comprehensive, it can be an excellent starting point for you. Download, print, scribble on it, add to it- whatever you need, make this your own.

Before we begin your Divorce Den Doula™ session, this short worksheet helps us focus on what matters most to you right now. Your answers will guide our time together and ensure you get the clarity, support, and direction you need.

This Financial Worksheet can help you organize your income, living expenses, debts, and assets clearly and efficiently during the divorce process. It is a good starting point that you can expand upon, once you have the information included.

This document is intended to gently guide you into financial clarity by helping you start to identify unknowns, start gathering documents and begin down a path of financial clarity.

This Chore Chart can assist you and the little ones, with creating a way to reinforce a regular routine of chores in the household. The chart is laid out with columns for each day of the week, so you can assign responsibilities and track completion with checkmarks or initials. It's a great tool to teach responsibility, teamwork, and routine in a fun and manageable way.

This printable guide is designed for women who are questioning their romantic relationship and need a private, judgment-free way to reflect on concerning behaviors. Whether you're just starting to feel uneasy or you’ve been silenced for far too long, this resource is a powerful reminder: Certain behaviors are never okay. No matter what they say.

This plan is designed for women who have left that toxic and narcissistic relationship and are looking to rebuild themselves. You may have been lost in that relationship but you are finding your way back now. Use this plan each week and make it your own- make it different week to week- and please share it with any other woman who needs the support and encouragement that you found when you left that toxic relationship. While your healing journey can start here, this plan is NOT a substitute for professional mental health counseling. Please ensure that it you are addressing your emotional and psychological needs with a licensed therapist. And do not forget- you are not alone on this healing journey.
