Level Four

$3,997

Full-service support for couples with children and complex assets.

Who this is for:

Level 4 is designed for couples who need a more comprehensive level of support. This option is best if you have children or if your divorce involves property or assets that require additional steps to divide. Such as retirement accounts, pensions, or real estate. At this level, an attorney will review your Stipulation of Settlement and file your documents on your behalf, giving you added peace of mind.

How we'll work together.

Step 1: Take the Assessment
Start by completing our short online assessment. This helps us understand your situation and confirm whether Divorce Den is the right fit.

Step 2: We Review Your Answers
A real member of our team will carefully review your responses. If everything looks like a match, we’ll invite you to a free 15-minute consult. If we see that you don’t qualify we’ll let you know by email, so you don’t waste time.

Step 3: Free 15-Minute Consult
In this call, both spouses must attend. We’ll talk through which level of support works best, explain the process, and make sure you’re both comfortable moving forward. If you decide to proceed, you’ll receive:

  • An intake sheet to complete,

  • A scheduling link for a fuller intake meeting, and

  • An invoice for the level of service you select.

Step 4: Intake Meeting
During your intake meeting, we’ll review your completed intake sheet together to confirm accuracy, fill in any gaps, and ensure both parties understand the process and expectations.

Step 5: Receive Your Documents + Filing Instructions

Once everything is confirmed, we’ll provide your divorce documents along with easy, step-by-step signing instructions. After you’ve signed and sent us scanned copies, our partner law firm will e-file them with the court on your behalf and share copies with you for your records.

Please Note:

All drafting and filing is handled only through Vaz Law PLLC, our partner firm. You are welcome to consult additional professionals from our Trusted Pro Network for legal advice or guidance, but we can only file documents that were prepared by our partner firm.

All meetings related to this service will be virtual.

All payments related to this service will need to be electronic, we do not accept physical checks or cash.

The Divorce Den Blueprint requires participation and cooperation from both parties. The assessment, and any outreach form Divorce Den is not intended to be the first time a spouse learns about divorce, and we cannot proceed unless both of you are ready to move forward together.

What's included:

  • Documents Prepared for You
Based on your intake form and intake meeting, our team will prepare all of the documents needed to reflect your parenting, custody, and financial agreements. Unlike Levels 1–3, where you complete the forms yourself, at Level 4 all required documents are drafted for you and then filed directly with the court by our partner law firm on your behalf.

  • Parenting-related documents required by New York State
Includes forms for custody, parenting time, holiday schedules, and child support, based on the agreements you provide in your intake sheet. Much of this information will be included in your Stipulation of Settlement.

  • Stipulation of Settlement
A detailed divorce agreement covering property, debts, child-related issues, and other terms based on the information you provide us in your intake sheet.

  • Attorney Review
Unlike Levels 1–3, your documents will be reviewed with you by an attorney (through our partner law firm) before they are filed, to ensure accuracy and your understanding. This review does not include legal advice about your specific terms. If you would like guidance on the details of your Stipulation of Settlement, you are welcome to consult one of our Trusted Pros or hire outside counsel for additional legal advice.

  • Attorney Filing
At this level, your documents will be filed on your behalf by our partner law firm, so you don’t need to worry about e-filing or county clerk requirements. All required New York State filing fees are included in the cost of this level.

  • Support for Complex Assets
This is the only level that includes the complex language and documentation needed for dividing retirement accounts, handling refinances or home buy-outs, and addressing other intricate financial arrangements

  • Referrals for QDRO Services
Some retirement plans require a Qualified Domestic Relations Order (QDRO), a special court order that allows retirement assets to be divided after divorce. QDROs must be drafted by a specialist, not by Divorce Den. You may use your own QDRO expert or we can connect you with a trusted professional from our Partner Network. QDRO services are billed separately.

What's not included:

  • Mediation or Conflict Resolution Services

Level 4 includes a Stipulation of Settlement and all required parenting documents, including New York State child support calculations. This level is only for couples who are already in full agreement on parenting and support terms including, how much child support will be paid, how it will be paid (directly between you or through the Child Support Collection Unit), parenting schedules, and expense sharing.

All information included in your documents is based on what you provide in your intake sheet and during your intake meeting. This includes income, which we will use to run the required New York State child support calculations. If you’d like to review those numbers in advance, you can use the free NYS Child Support Calculator online, or consult with one of our Trusted Pros to walk you through the calculations. If you and your spouse decide to deviate from those numbers for example, by choosing not to exchange monthly support payments and instead share expenses directly that is fine, but we are still required to prepare the formal calculations for filing, since New York law requires them.

  • Child Support Collection Unit (CSCU)

Divorce Den does not provide services related to the Child Support Collection Unit (CSCU). Each county has its own rules and procedures, and if you choose to have payments processed through the CSCU, you will need to file the appropriate documents directly with that office.

  • Legal or Financial Advice

Divorce Den is not a law firm, and this level does not include legal advice or financial planning services. Your documents are based on the information you provide, and we expect both spouses to be in full agreement before moving forward. Additional guidance can be accessed through our Trusted Partner Network if needed.

Additional support is offered through our Trusted Pro Network if needed.
