Level Three

$1,997

Guided support for couples with children, keeping things simple and amicable.

Who this is for:

Level 3 is designed for couples who have children under 21 (or children with special needs under 26) and want to move forward amicably, without lengthy court battles. This level is a good fit if you and your spouse  have already agreed on parenting arrangements and child-related issues, and do not have complex assets such as retirement accounts or real estate to divide.

How we'll work together.

Step 1: Take the Assessment
Start by completing our short online assessment. This helps us understand your situation and confirm whether Divorce Den is the right fit.

Step 2: We Review Your Answers
A real member of our team will carefully review your responses. If everything looks like a match, we’ll invite you to a free 15-minute consult. If we see that you don’t qualify we’ll let you know by email, so you don’t waste time.

Step 3: Free 15-Minute Consult
In this call, both spouses must attend. We’ll talk through which level of support works best, explain the process, and make sure you’re both comfortable moving forward. If you decide to proceed, you’ll receive:

  • An intake sheet to complete,

  • A scheduling link for a fuller intake meeting, and

  • An invoice for the level of service you select.

Step 4: Intake Meeting
During your intake meeting, we’ll review your completed intake sheet together to confirm accuracy, fill in any gaps, and ensure both parties understand the process and expectations.

Step 5: Receive Your Documents + Filing Instructions
Once everything is confirmed, we’ll provide you with your divorce documents and clear, step-by-step signing and filing instructions so you can move forward with confidence.

Please Note:

All meetings related to this service will be virtual.

All payments related to this service will need to be electronic, we do not accept physical checks or cash.

The Divorce Den Blueprint requires participation and cooperation from both parties. The assessment, and any outreach form Divorce Den is not intended to be the first time a spouse learns about divorce, and we cannot proceed unless both of you are ready to move forward together.

What's included:

  • New York–specific divorce documents tailored to your situation
Based on your intake form and intake meeting, our team provides documents designed to reflect your parenting and custody agreements. Unlike levels one and two where you are to complete the documents yourself, we draft all necessary documents to be filed.

  • Parenting-related documents required by New York State
Includes forms for custody, parenting time, holiday schedules, and child support, based on the agreements you provide in your intake sheet. Much of this information will be included in your Stipulation of Settlement.

  • Stipulation of Settlement
This level includes a drafted Stipulation of Settlement, or what many people call their "divorce agreement". This is a legally binding contract that can be enforced by the New York Supreme Court if needed. It will outline all of the details of parenting, child support, debt and asset division based on the information you provide in your intake sheet.

  • Easy-to-follow e-filing instructions
Clear, step-by-step instructions for completing and e-filing your paperwork, based on the most up-to-date guidance from the NYS eCourts system.

  • Guidance on timelines, filing fees, and next steps
Filing requirements can vary by county. We’ll walk you through what to expect in your jurisdiction, including filing timelines and typical court filing fees. (Please note: court filing fees are not included in your Divorce Den Blueprint fee.)

What's not included:

  • Mediation or Conflict Resolution Services

Level 3 includes a Stipulation of Settlement and all required parenting documents, including New York State child support calculations. This level is only for couples who are already in full agreement on parenting and support terms, including how much child support will be paid, how it will be paid (directly between you or through the Child Support Collection Unit), parenting schedules, and expense sharing.

All information included in your documents is based on what you provide in your intake sheet and during your intake meeting. This includes income, which we will use to run the required New York State child support calculations. If you’d like to review those numbers in advance, you can use the free NYS Child Support Calculator online, that you can find here, or consult with one of our Trusted Pros to walk you through the calculations. If you and your spouse decide to deviate from those numbers, for example, by choosing not to exchange monthly support payments and instead share expenses directly, that is fine, but we are still required to prepare the formal calculations for filing, since New York law requires them.

  • Child Support Collection Unit (CSCU)

Divorce Den does not provide services related to the Child Support Collection Unit (CSCU). Each county has its own rules and procedures, and if you choose to have payments processed through the CSCU, you will need to file the appropriate documents directly with that office.

  • Support for dividing complex assets like retirement accounts or real estate

While Level 3 covers parenting and child-related agreements, it does not include a services for complex property or retirement division. If this applies to you, Level 4 will be a better fit.

  • Legal or Financial Advice

Divorce Den is not a law firm, and this level does not include legal advice or financial planning services. Your documents are based on the information you provide, and we expect both spouses to be in full agreement before moving forward. Additional guidance can be accessed through our Trusted Partner Network if needed.

  • In person filing instructions

Please be aware that each County Clerk may have slightly different procedures or requirements. Because of this, we cannot give detailed in-person filing guidance.

If you choose to file at the clerk’s office, you’ll still receive all of your required documents prepared according to the state’s e-filing standards. The clerk will let you know directly if anything additional is needed to meet their local requirements.

Additional support is offered through our Trusted Pro Network if needed.
